Who doesn’t like an ice cream, right? And if you can make quick and delcious ice creams at home ? Super!
How to make ice creams at home without an ice cream machine ?
Let me show you the quick and easy way.
In this video, I am making 3 delicious ice creams at home, Vanilla, Avocado and Mango.

Vanilla Ice cream
Ingredients:
- Double Cream-250 ml
- Powdered Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence -1 tsp
Directions:
1. Add 250 ml of double cream into a bowl.
2. Add 3 tbsp of powdered sugar.
3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
4. Beat all this together using a hand mixer.
5. Once its of the right consistency, transfer it to an air tight container.
6. Keep it in the freezer for at least 4-5 hrs.
7. Serve once the ice cream is ready.
Avocado Ice cream
Ingredients:
- Avocado- 1
- Double Cream-250 ml
- Powdered Sugar-3 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence -1/2 tsp
Directions:
1. Add 250 ml of double cream into a bowl.
2. Add 3 tbsp of powdered sugar.
3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
4. Beat all this together using a hand mixer.
5. Add mashed avocado into the cream and beat it again just for once.
6. Once its of the right consistency, mix it with a spatula.
7. Transfer it to an air tight container.
8. Keep it in the freezer for at least 4-5 hrs.
9. Serve once the ice cream is ready.
Mango Ice cream
Ingredients:
- Mango -1
- Double Cream – 250 ml
- Powdered Sugar-3 tbsp
Directions:
1. Add 250 ml of double cream into a bowl.
2. Add 3 tbsp of powdered sugar.
3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
4. Beat all this together using a hand mixer.
5. Add mango pulp into the cream and beat it again just for once.
6. Once its of the right consistency, mix it with a spatula.
7. Transfer it to an air tight container.
8. Keep it in the freezer for at least 4-5 hrs.
9. Serve once the ice cream is ready.
