Have you ever tried making milkshake using carrot or pumpkin? They both are very tasty and easy to make. Cashew nuts with carrot in the milkshake would make it taste like carrot halwa. And dates in the pumpkin milk shake would give it the sweetness and so you could make it without sugar, if you want.

How to make Carrot Milkshake
What you’ll need
Carrot (cooked) – 200 gm
Cashew Nuts – 12-15
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 400 ml
How to make it
- Add cooked & diced carrot into a blender.
- Add cashew nuts, 2 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence (optional).
- Add little milk and blend.
- Add the remaining milk and blend it again until it is smooth.
- Carrot milkshake is ready to serve.
How to make Pumpkin Milkshake
What you’ll need
Pumpkin (cooked) – 200 gm
Dates – 4
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 300 ml
How to make it
- Add cooked & diced pumpkin into a blender.
- Add dates, 1 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence (optional)
- Add little milk and blend.
- Add the remaining milk and blend it again until it is smooth.
- Pumpkin milkshake is ready to serve.
