Laddu or ladoo is a sphere-shaped sweet originating from the Indian subcontinent. Everyone who likes sweet would like any kind of laddu. Rava ladoos are the most easiest ladoo to make and they are very delicious too.

How to make Rava Laddu
Ingredients
Roasted Rava – 1 1/4 cup
Grated Coconut – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 1/3 cup
Salt – a pinch
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts – 12
Raisins – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/3 cup
Ghee – 3 tsp
* Pulse the grated coconut in a mixture grinder / food processor 1-2 times before roasting it.
Directions
- Add 3 tsp of ghee in a hot pan.
- Fry cashew nuts and keep it aside.
- Fry raisins and keep it aside
- Add 3/4 cup of grated coconut and roast it on a low-medium flame/temperature for minimum 2 minutes.
- Add 1 1/4 cup of roasted rava and mix it well.
- Roast rava along with coconut on a medium flame for 2 more minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix.
- Add 1/3 cup of sugar and mix.
- Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Add fried cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
- Add 1/3 cup of milk in parts and mix till you can shape a laddu out of it.
- Rava laddu mixture is ready, take it off from the stove. Transfer this mixture into a plate.
- Roll and shape the laddus, as shown in the video, before the mixture gets cold.
