Let us make a quick and easy starter using chicken. Make an easy marination using Indian flavours and coat it on the chicken. After marinating the chicken, keep it aside for 30 minutes before cooking them.
After 30 minutes, pan fry the chicken. Once cooked, serve them hot with veg salad.

How to make Chicken Skewers
What you’ll need
Boneless Chicken (diced) – 350 gm
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Garlic Cloves – 3
Green Chilli – 2
Coriander Leaves
Pudina Leaves
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1 1/2 tbsp
How to cook it
- To make marination for the chicken, add coriander leaves, pudina leaves and 2 chopped green chillies, ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of lime juice, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp oil, 1 1/2 tbsp of curd into a blender and blend them.
- Consistency of the mixture must be smooth.
- Coat the chicken with the blended mixture and keep it aside for minimum 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes thread 3-4 chicken pieces in each skewer.
- To pan fry the chicken, add 2 tbsp of oil into a pan and spread it.
- Place the chicken skewers on the pan.
- To sear the chicken on each side, turn them in regular intervals.
- When it is light brown color, close and cook for 4 minutes on a medium flame.
- After 4 minutes, turn them. Close and cook for another 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, turn the chicken pieces again.
- Once the chicken is cooked well, close and keep it aside.
- Serve the chicken skewers after 2 minutes.
