Banana bread is a type of bread made from mashed bananas. It is a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread.
If you have overripe bananas at home, instead of them throwing away, we could turn them into delicious breads!
Let us make a healthy eggless banana bread using wheat flour instead of plain flour.

Ingredients:
- Banana – 4
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – pinch
- Corn Flour – 2 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1/4 tsp
- Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1 tsp
Directions:
1. Prepare a loaf tin, by brushing with butter and dusting with flour. I’m using a 7 inch loaf tin
2. Add vinegar to the milk and keep it aside
3. Make sure to preheat the oven at 180°C
4. Sieve wheat flour, salt, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda into a bowl
5. Take another bowl, add banana and mash it using a fork or spoon
6. Add sugar to it and mix it
7. Add oil and mix.
8. Add the milk and vinegar mixture and mix it again
9. Add cinnamon powder and vanilla essence
10. Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix it. Do not over mix
11. Transfer the batter to the loaf tin
12. Tap and swirl, to remove air bubbles
13. Keep it in the preheated oven to bake
14. Our banana bread is ready, lets keep it on the cooling rack
15. It took 40 mins to bake in my oven
16. After 5-10 mins, demould the bread and let it cool before slicing it
