Let us make two different version of wraps, sweet and veggie. This is quick and easy recipe, with less than 5 minutes of cooking time. This wrap is very tasty and bit healthy as well. In this, I am using tortilla, you could use home made chapati or flatbread. These wraps can be served for breakfast or dinner.
For sweet wrap, you can use any fruits like banana, berries, apple and pear. For the spread, you could use peanut butter or nutella or similar according to your taste.
Veggie wrap is more of a vegetarian pizza version. If you want, you can turn this to be a non-veg wrap, by adding cooked meat of your choice.

How to make Sweet Wrap
What you’ll need
Tortilla/Chapati – 1
Banana (Sliced) – 1
Peanut Butter/Nutella – 2 tsp
Almond Flakes/Any other nuts (chopped) – 3 tsp
Dark Chocolate (grated) – 3 tsp
How to cook it
- Place a tortilla and cut from the centre.
- Spread 3 tsp of dark chocolate in the first quarter of the tortilla.
- Place the sliced banana in one quarter.
- Place 3 tsp of sliced almonds or any other chopped nuts into the next quarter.
- Spread 2 tsp of peanut butter or nutella.
- Fold the tortilla with each filled quarter coming on top of the next one.
- Spread butter on a pan and toast the filled tortilla on a medium-high heat.
- Toast both sides for 1 minute each.
- Once tortilla is toasted well, take it off from the pan.
- Sweet wrap is ready to serve.
How to make Savory Wrap
What you’ll need
Tortilla /Chapati – 1
Capsicum (sliced) – 1/4 cup
Onion (sliced) – 1/4 cup
Sweet Corn – 1/4 cup
Cheese (grated) – 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise – 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp
Oregano – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 2 pinches
Oil
How to cook it
- Spread 1 1/2 tsp of mayonnaise on a tortilla.
- Spread 1 1/2 tsp of tomato ketchup.
- Cut the tortilla from the centre.
- Place sliced onion in one quarter of the tortilla.
- Place the sweet corn on the next quarter and level it.
- Place the sliced capsicum on the next quarter.
- Spread the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle 2 pinches of salt on the onion, capsicum and sweet corn.
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of oregano.
- Fold the tortilla with each filled quarter coming on top of the next one.
- Add few drops of oil on a pan and toast the filled tortilla on a medium-high heat.
- Toast the side with cheese for 1 minute.
- Toast the side with capsicum for 2 minutes.
- Once tortilla is toasted well, take it off from the pan.
- Veggie wrap is ready to serve.
